The three-story fully furnished luxury house has large glass surfaces and a beautiful green panorama view. The modern-minimalist building was designed by talented architects and was builded for the owners; the property was completed with attention to every detail. The characteristic dark brown facade tiles come from Belgium, which gives the house a cozy and natural look, that gives you the feeling of beeing on a holiday all the time.

The low maintenance costs are ensured by solar panels, modern Daikin heat pumps and a Wolf ventilation system.

Allocation:
On the basement level we can find a garage with enough space for 2 or 3 cars, with 2 electric chargers (11kW); it has a basement hall, a guest's toilet and lots of storage space in the engineering room.

On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a spacious living room with an american kitchen+ (with pantry), a dining area and a modern fireplace. We can also find a guest toilet, and a guest/study room with separate bathroom on this floor.

On the 1st floor we arrive to a spacious hall with a bright yoga/ reading area. From the hall we enter 2 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom and the laundry room (which is also full of light). Every bedroom has it's private bathroom in the house and lots of built-in storage.
