Apt.no. L13.
The apartments on the Penthouse level represent the modern style. The interior design was inspired by the newly designed architectural elements. The modern direction is complemented by a couple of more classic decorative elements (wall stucco), which refer back to the building's historic nature.
The walls of the apartment are mostly painted wall surfaces, which were treated with premium category paint. Modern wall stucco and organic patterned design wallpapers can be seen here and there.
The original Benott oak parquet with a 45o chevron pattern stained in a unique color gives the main spaces a homely look. The bathrooms have premium quality Porcelanosa marble effect ceramic flooring. The walls were covered with large tiles that went up to the ceiling matching the flooring.
In the interior design, a dominant color appears in each of the 4 apartments on the Penthouse level. Apartment L10 is pastel blue, apartment L11 is deep burgundy, apartment L12 is pastel green and apartment L13 is beige.
In the evening of the built-in furniture, the color-blown, painted fronts are emphasized, complemented by the stained veneered wooden surfaces.
In the kitchen-dining area, a kitchen island covered with marble-effect tiles, with a dining table for 6 people, was placed. The quality of the built-in household appliances is ensured by Miele.
All of the furniture comes from high-quality international manufacturers. Representing durability, the use of premium clay, and comfort as primary considerations.
The bedrooms are equipped with double beds and built-in custom-made wardrobes. Each has a bathroom with its own entrance.
Counters with double sinks were installed in the bathrooms. The showers and WC blocks in the bathrooms are separated by a 6 mm thick parsol bronze glass wall and door with mounting recessed into the casing.
The cold covering on the walls is echoed on the bathroom counter, with a Krion washbasin placed under the counter and a Hansgrohe faucet in brushed bronze color placed on the counter.
The showers are equipped with a manual and sprinkler shower head with a wall-mounted mixer.
The freestanding tubs have Hansgrohe tub fillers and hand showers.
The bathrooms and guest washrooms are equipped with high-quality wall-mounted Hansgrohe fittings.
The Penthouse apartments come with roof terraces with different equipment for private use, the atmosphere of which is determined by the design matching the interior of the apartment. Main elements are modern premium-quality outdoor furniture, mood lighting, WPC flooring, and carefully selected planted vegetation.
The energy required for heating and cooling is produced centrally with a modern air-water heat pump system and condensing gas boilers. The heat pumps serve the heating system down to -2°C, then for efficient and economical operation, the condensing boilers take over the provision of heating energy with a continuous transition. The equipment is placed in the machine room on the attic level.
Several types of heat transfer systems are installed in the apartments, surface heating-cooling, floor heating, and a four-pipe fan-coil system ensure the desired temperature in each room. The mechanical equipment in the apartments is completely controlled by an intelligent KNX system.
All apartments have a central heat recovery ventilation system. The equipment takes in the fresh air above the roof and discharges the used air above the roof at a suitable distance from it. The amounts of air blown in correspond to the total amount of air extracted per apartment, so that balanced ventilation develops in the apartments. Individual kitchens are equipped with individual exhaust ducts, which lead the air emitted by the odor extractors above the roof.
