Budapest, Apartment for sale

The D72 Residence is a unique villa park project on a unique plot of 2700 square meters, located in the elegant 12th district of Buda, on the border of Mártonhegy / Széchenyihegy. It is one of the oldest and most patinated civil districts in the district.

The area is unbrokenly popular, with turn-of-the-century villas, elegant embassy buildings and prestigious residential buildings.

It was mainly planned by people who wanted to live in

the most beautiful part of the capital, near the green forests of Buda. In this unique green environment, we have designed a total of 7 exclusive villa apartments

(74-216 sqm)in 2 villa buildings; with huge terraces, private garden, in a quiet cul-de-sac , with 2 closed parking spaces and 1 storage room per apartment.

The unique concept of the villa park lies in the fact that we have designed 7 single and multi-storey duplex apartments instead of classically arranged living spaces in such a way as to provide the entire Owners with a complete view of the city.

The homes we design meet all the requirements of the new generation of villas with high-quality building materials, exclusive interior design solutions and the use of materials, as well as the comfort of the Smart Home system.
